Requirements

A free Y-DNA-37 marker test is available from the Collins_Newfoundland Project for any male with surname Collins having proven ancestry for at least 5 generations stemming from the parishes around, and including, Cobh and Cork City. Depending on take-up, consideration may also be given to testing other candidates free of charge.
