DeCODE ancestry scan

The deCODEme ancestry scan from deCODE genetics is only provided with the complete genome scan. The following screenshots provide examples of the ancestry results from a testee who has a small portion of Native American ancestry which appears in the test as "Asian DNA". Of particular interest is that deCODe display the entire X chromosome which 23andMe does not. In this particular case, this was a critical piece of information as the participant's "Asian" ancestry is pronounced on the X chromosome. The X chromosome has a particular inheritance pattern and this limits the possibility of who contributed that “Asian" DNA.
